Charlie Baker

Charlie joined Gresham House in May 2023 to assist the Housing team with all of their reporting.

Charlie has over three years of professional experience working for Langham Hall, a Fund Administrator in the Real Estate sector, where he gained valuable experience as the main preparer for all deliverables across seven Real Estate Funds with an AUM of £0.8bn. During his time at Langham Hall, Charlie was promoted to Assistant Fund Accountant and was the main point of contact for all client correspondence and annual audits.

Charlie is currently completing his ACCA exams to become a qualified accountant and holds a BSc. in Economics from the University of Sheffield, graduating with a first-class degree.
