Ian Hall

Ian Hall is currently serving as the Facilities Manager at Gresham House, a position held since February 2024, overseeing the Frascati Centre and leveraging extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, building fabric, and contractor management. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Hammerson from September 2012 to February 2024, initially as a Facilities Assistant before advancing to Technical Services Lead, gaining substantial experience in facilities management. Ian's earlier career includes roles at The Realise Group in customer relations, infinite Group as a Field Marketing Executive representing TomTom, and Connexions PR as a PR Executive and photographer, which provided a strong foundation in business and communication. Ian holds a degree in Business Management from Aberystwyth University and qualifications in IOSH managing safely from Samson Training, alongside a certificate in Auctioneering from Senior College Dun Laoghaire.
