Will Leonard

Director, Data Strategy at Grey Group

Will Leonard has more than 11 years of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Morning Show Broadcast Intern at 610 WIP Sports Radio. Will then worked as an Advertising Manager at The Daily Orange from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they also volunteered as a Rescue Mission Volunteer at Enactus. In 2012, they served as a Mobile App Development Intern at PsyQic and as an Online Marketing Intern at Priceline.com.

In 2014, Will joined Deutsch as a Digital Assistant Media Planner and later became a Digital Media Planner. Will then worked at Horizon Next as a Senior Strategist and later as a Strategy Supervisor, where they were responsible for client communication and reporting.

In 2019, Will Leonard joined Grey Group as a Manager, Data Strategy, working with clients such as Modelo, AARP, and Haleon. In this role, they designed performance reports, conducted research, and managed a team of data strategists. Will was promoted to Director, Data Strategy with Grey Group in December 2021, where they currently oversee data strategy for brand communications, conducts audience research, and interprets creative performance results.

Will Leonard received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising and Finance from Syracuse University in 2014. In 2016, they obtained the certification "Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals" from Lynda.com.
