Karen Sinclair

Karen Sinclair is currently the Compliance Lead at Precision Drilling, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Repsol from 2012 to 2021 as a Decommissioning and Regulatory Compliance Analyst, as well as a Liability Management/ARO Coordinator. Their career began at Talisman Energy, where they served as an Administrative Assistant and Office Administrator from 2002 to 2007. Karen is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and English at the University of Calgary, where they graduated with distinction, and is enrolled in AutoCAD courses at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
