Dylan Pearce

Dylan Pearce is a Partner at Greycroft. Dylan has over 10 years of experience in the venture capital and startup industry.

Dylan started their career as an early employee at Semrush, where they helped the company grow from a small startup to a global leader in the SEO space. Dylan then moved to Yeahka, a fintech company, where they were part of the team that took the company public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In 2013, Dylan joined Greycroft as a Principal. Since then, they have helped the firm invest in over 70 companies, including leading investments in Axios, Segment, and Lightricks. Dylan was promoted to Partner in 2018.

Dylan is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

Dylan Pearce graduated from the Wharton School and then went on to earn their MBA from the University of Southern California.
