Between 2013 and 2016, Collinge worked as a Partnerships Manager with luxury hotels across North America, enhancing guest publications. Earlier in their career, they gained engineering experience with Black Hawk Engineering and British Aerospace. Collinge studied Aeronautical and Structural Engineering at Preston College from 1988 to 1990.
