Greyhound is a workforce and HR transformation consultancy helping organisations redesign work for the AI age.

As AI reshapes how work is executed, coordinated and governed, operating models, roles and capabilities must evolve alongside technology. We work with HR and business leaders to navigate this shift - bringing clarity to where AI can drive meaningful productivity and performance improvement, and what must change structurally to realise it.

Our work spans:
• Workforce & operating model redesign - organisation design, governance and AI-enabled ways of working
• AI-enabled workforce transformation - embedding responsible AI within workforce structures and HR practices
• HR strategy & capability evolution - aligning capability, culture and operating models to changing execution demands
• Embedded & fractional transformation leadership - experienced delivery to support diagnosis, implementation and scale

We focus on the execution layer - where strategy translates into operating reality.

Part of the greyhairworks group, we draw on deep operational and commercial experience to support organisations navigating complex workforce change.

The future of work isn’t just automated.
It’s redesigned.
