Ryan Deaderick has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, starting with their role as a PDP Engineer at Energy Corporation of America from November 2007 to May 2009. Ryan then served as the New Well Manager from May 2009 to December 2013, overseeing various gas and oil well work projects and developing a team of engineers. From December 2013 to December 2014, Ryan held the position of Production Engineering Manager, providing technical service to the company by designing and constructing facilities to maximize economic returns. Ryan then became the Vice President of Production at Energy Corporation of America, leading a team of over 100 professionals in managing oil and gas operations, including regulatory compliance and employee safety programs. In 2017, Ryan joined Greylock Energy as the Senior Vice President of Production & Midstream, and later became the Chief Operating Officer in July 2019. Prior to their career in the energy industry, they served as a Captain in the US Army from June 2002 to November 2007.

Ryan Deaderick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in the years 1998 to 2002. Ryan also obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers in 2007.
