Aaron Glick is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, and customer engagement. Currently, as the Managing Director of Loyalty & Rewards at Greystar, they develop and lead new loyalty strategies for a global portfolio of over 1 million units. Previously, Glick held the position of Vice President of Loyalty & Credit Cards at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where they launched a loyalty program that grew membership to 13 million and developed a major credit card partnership. They also served as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Strategy at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, contributing to a $100 million campaign for the Sheraton brand, and were the Global Head of Hilton Honors at Hilton, significantly expanding membership.
