Allison Murrell

Allison Murrell is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large residential portfolios. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Property Manager at Greystar since July 2015, Allison has effectively managed operations and financial performance for numerous properties. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Regional Manager at Equity Residential, overseeing 3,300 units across Florida, New York City, and Connecticut, where exceptional growth and financial performance were achieved. As Regional Vice President at The Bethany Group, responsibility included managing a portfolio of 5,320 units along the East Coast, focusing on sales, operations, renovation projects, and employee development. Earlier experience includes a tenure at ContraVest as Regional Property Manager, where oversight of a 1,500 unit apartment portfolio was key.
