Aurora Spitzer

Aurora Spitzer currently serves as Community Manager at Greystar since February 2024 and previously held the position of Property Director at Wood Partners from August 2018 to February 2024, where Aurora achieved recognition in the Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking for 2022 and 2023, along with receiving the Einstein's Best Of Award for Maintenance Magician in 2023. Aurora’s extensive experience includes roles such as Assistant Property Director and Leasing Specialist at various properties under Wood Partners, all of which also received Elite 1% ORA™ Power Rankings. Prior positions include Community Director at Gatehouse Companies, Property Manager at S-C Management, and multiple roles at Corcoran Management Company, specializing in leasing and marketing. Aurora began a career in aviation with North American Airlines as a Purser/Lead Flight Attendant and holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
