Caroline Griffiths

Caroline Griffiths is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of HR for Europe and APAC at Greystar since February 2024, Caroline previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Kantar from April 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing global finance and legal HR functions. Prior to Kantar, Caroline worked at Cisco for over a decade, taking on various roles including HR Director for France and South Regions and leading HR initiatives for the UK and Ireland. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Human Resources at RSSB, HR Manager at Network Rail, and HR Officer at London Underground. Caroline holds a Master's in Business Administration from The Open University and a CIPD qualification from the University of West London, complemented by a BA(hons) in English and History from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
