Caroline Griffiths

Caroline Griffiths currently serves as Managing Director of HR for Europe and APAC at Greystar, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Kantar from April 2019 to February 2024, focusing on Global Finance and Legal, and previously leading HR efforts for the UK and Ireland region. Caroline's extensive experience at Cisco spanned over a decade, where roles included HR Director for the France and South Regions, as well as various HR leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier career experiences include leading the HR Department at RSSB and managing HR functions at Network Rail. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and a CIPD certification from the University of West London.
