Chad Heard

Chad Heard is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in both the music industry and real estate. Since September 2016, Chad has been a recording artist at ItsCHADington Ent, focusing on sharing personal experiences and inspiring audiences. In addition, Chad has served as a Senior Leasing Manager at Greystar since January 2016. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Research from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 2011, and also studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2006 to 2008, where a similar degree was pursued.
