Christopher Dayss

Christopher Dayss has extensive experience in housing management, having held various leadership roles across several organizations. Most recently, Christopher served as a Community Manager at Greystar, achieving 100% occupancy while exceeding revenue growth goals. Prior to that, Christopher was the Associate Director of Graduate and Family Housing at the University of California San Diego, where a strategic approach was applied to manage over 1,500 apartments and achieve significant financial results. Additional roles include Associate Director of Housing Administrative Services at UC San Diego, Regional Program Manager at The Blackstone Group, and management positions at The Walt Disney Company and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Student Development from the University of Maine.
