Dave Cox

Dave Cox is an experienced community manager with a robust background in property management and sales. Currently serving at Greystar since August 2019, Dave has held multiple roles including Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, and Leasing Professional. Prior to Greystar, Dave worked as a Leasing Professional at CA Ventures, LLC for a brief period in early 2019 and gained sales experience at Arrive Logistics in mid-2018. Additionally, an internship at Northwestern Mutual in 2016 provided valuable skills in networking and customer engagement. Dave holds a degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University, where education culminated in 2018.
