Fred Soelter

Fred Soelter is a seasoned director currently overseeing operations in Los Angeles and Orange Counties at Greystar since July 2016. With extensive experience in construction management, Soelter has held key roles, including Senior Construction Manager at Equity Residential, where significant projects such as a 444-apartment modular development and a 554-apartment podium project were completed. Contributions to Habitat for Humanity as a volunteer involved assisting in home designs and construction management. Earlier career highlights include directing high-rise projects at Wood Partners, managing a large-scale residential community at Comstock Homes, and serving as Vice President of Operations at John Laing Homes, where a warranty complaint reduction program was successfully implemented. Soelter holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and dual degrees in Architecture from the University of Southern California.
