Gardner Rees

Gardner Rees is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive leadership experience in the industry. As a Senior Managing Director of Advantage Services at Greystar since June 2014, Gardner has overseen significant operations following the acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group, where Gardner held the position of Division President from April 2007 until June 2014. Prior to that, as Executive Vice President and Owner of Stratus Real Estate from September 2003 to April 2007, Gardner facilitated its acquisition by Riverstone. Earlier experience includes the role of Manager of Acquisitions at Security Properties from September 1999 to September 2003, where Gardner developed an effective property acquisition model. Gardner holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Information Systems from York University and an HBSc in Evolutionary Biology from Western University.
