Heather King is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the multifamily residential sector. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Greystar since February 2019, Heather has successfully managed the Business Manager role for Signature Point, significantly enhancing property appeal and community engagement through organized events. Prior to Greystar, Heather held various property management positions at Sares-Regis Group, overseeing multiple properties and focusing on occupancy, revenue management, and resident satisfaction. Heather's earlier roles included consulting at H2K Property Management, regional management at Capital Growth Properties, and as an account executive at ForRent.com®. Heather's career in property management began at Fairfield Residential, where foundational skills in operations and marketing were developed. Heather holds a high school diploma from Fallbrook High School.
