Heidi Smith

Heidi Smith, MBA, CPM, has extensive experience in property management, having held various leadership roles since 2008. Beginning as a Leasing Consultant at Hire Priority, Heidi progressed to Property Manager at Greystar and later served as Community Manager at Elmington Property Management and 3rd Group Properties, overseeing multiple communities. Notable accomplishments include receiving the 2013 Award for profitability during time with Greystar. Further experience includes a Business Manager position at Fogelman Management Group and a District Property Manager role at VITA Residential, where Heidi has honed skills in management and operations. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
