Jacob Powers

Jacob Powers has a diverse professional background in marketing, leasing, and voice acting. Starting as a Marketing Intern at Earth's Edge in 2016, Jacob transitioned into the role of Front Desk Associate at JW Marriott and subsequently served as Banquet Captain at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club from 2018 to 2020. Jacob currently works as a Leasing Professional at Greystar, focused on high-rise lease-up projects in downtown Raleigh, NC. Prior experience includes being a Leasing Manager at LGate and a Voice Recording Artist, where extensive collaboration on various media projects helped in the development of English comprehension materials for Korean students. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Creative Marketing Management from Grand Valley State University, coupled with training from Dale Carnegie.
