Jake Erdman

Jake Erdman currently serves as the Director of Legal Services at Greystar since August 2025, where responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and revising client contracts and third-party agreements. Prior to this role, Jake worked at Rently as the Head of Legal, In-House Counsel, focusing on contract compliance and risk assessment. Experience also includes serving as a Legal Intern and subsequently a Legal Specialist at Oyster®, where Jake provided legal counsel on various corporate matters and conducted detailed legal research. Previous roles include positions as a Law Clerk at Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. and the Immigrant and Refugee Law Center, as well as a Legal Extern with The IRONMAN Group. Jake Erdman earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022.
