Jay Guinto

Jay Guinto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and customer service. Currently serving as the Policy and Procedures Manager at Greystar since November 2018, Jay oversees property bookkeeping, maintains a high collection goal, ensures client income targets are met, and promotes community engagement through initiatives like the Greystar Giving program. Previous roles include Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Professional at Greystar, where Jay enhanced resident retention and streamlined leasing processes. Additional experience includes training new staff at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando, copy editing for The Independent Florida Alligator, and contributing to media production as a promotions intern at WUCF TV. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio and Television from the University of Central Florida.
