John Beinert

John Beinert is a Senior Director for Greystar Development in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing development projects totaling approximately $1 billion in various stages of design, entitlement, and construction. Previously, John served in the US Navy as a Navy Nuclear Power School Instructor and Division Director, where they led a team of instructors and received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for outstanding performance. John’s experience also includes roles at Harvard Square Capital and EDENS, emphasizing real estate development and investment. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
