Currently a member of the Education and Training Team at Greystar since December 2014, Joy previously served as the National Mentor Program Manager at Riverstone Residential Group from January 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, Joy held several positions at Riverstone Residential Group from 2006 to 2013, including East Division Trainer and Regional Trainer for the Southeast. Joy's career began at Trammell Crow Residential, where Joy worked as a Trainer from 1997 to 2005.
