Julia Oman

Julia Oman is a Senior Director at Greystar, where they oversee the global carried interest program and lead initiatives for the Greystar Equity Plan and Global Employee Co-Investments. With previous roles including Manager and Director of Carried Interest at Greystar, as well as experience as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, they have developed extensive expertise in financial management and employee equity solutions. Julia holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University, along with a background in Hispanic Studies from the University of Virginia.
