Karen Roach

Karen Roach is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in outreach and internal communications. Roach served as the Outreach Director and Outreach Coordinator at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from May 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Roach held roles as an Outreach Assistant and Marketing Manager at Florida Health from June 2010 to October 2013. Currently, Roach works as the Internal Communications Manager at Greystar since July 2025, having previously held the same title at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare from May 2022 to July 2025. Additionally, Roach was the Press Secretary at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation from January 2021 to May 2022. Roach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, completed in 2008.
