Kelli Lea

Kelli Lea is a seasoned professional in the apartment industry, holding significant leadership positions at the Triangle Apartment Association from January 2016 to January 2023, including roles as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President. Kelli also contributed as a Co-Chair of the Education Committee and served as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, Kelli serves as President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute, a position held since January 2025, after previously holding the role of Vice President from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior experience includes various management roles at Greystar from October 2009 to March 2016, where Kelli advanced from Assistant Property Manager to Community Manager and Regional Property Manager. Kelli earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from North Carolina State University in 2006.
