Kevin Kaberna

Kevin Kaberna is the Co-Head of Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, overseeing Investment Management and Development & Construction operations across the United States, Canada, and South America. Under Kevin’s leadership, the North America Investment Management business has expanded significantly, managing over 216,000 owned units and 12.2 million square feet of logistics space. Kevin’s previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory Group. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, accounting, and a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of South Dakota. Kevin is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Platinum Council.
