Lindsay Walker

Lindsay Walker is a Regional Property Manager currently overseeing the daily leasing of a 224-unit luxury residential tower at Greystar. Since 2022, they have focused on stabilizing occupancy and enhancing customer service through innovative marketing initiatives. Previously, Lindsay held various roles in property management, including Business Manager and Community Manager, where they achieved notable sales goals and fostered community engagement. They also gained early experience in sales and production through internships and associate roles in retail and fashion. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and an Associate’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Des Moines Area Community College.
