Lindsey Koether has extensive experience in community management, currently serving as Community Manager at Greystar since May 2017, after holding the position of Assistant Community Manager. Prior to Greystar, Lindsey worked at FPI Management as Assistant Community Director- Tax Credit for a brief period and gained significant experience at Lewis Management Co, where positions included Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Manager, and Community Administrator from August 2013 to November 2016. Earlier career roles include Trainer, Bartender, and Server at Darden Restaurants from February 2009 to November 2013, and Leasing Consultant-Tax Credit at Riverstone Residential Group from April 2006 to March 2008. Lindsey holds an Associate of Science degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Sierra College and attended California State University-Sacramento from 2012 to 2013. Del Campo High School was completed between 1996 and 2000.
