Mark Kerman

Mark Kerman is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Construction Services - Northeast at Greystar. With extensive experience in construction, asset management, and engineering, they manage a diverse portfolio of projects valued at over $40 million annually. At Columbia University, they held leadership roles for over a decade, overseeing the operations of more than 8 million square feet and guiding numerous construction initiatives.
