Matt Raber, ARM®, is a results-driven multifamily leader with extensive experience in property management. They served in various roles at the Irvine Company, where they excelled as a Leasing Consultant and Community Manager, consistently improving leasing volumes and resident satisfaction. Currently, Matt is a General Manager at Greystar, overseeing operations for a resort-style multifamily community while also contributing as an ARM® Executive Council Member for IREM Greater Los Angeles Chapter 6 and a Customer Experience Advisory Board Member at UC Irvine. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
