Matthew Evans is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily development and acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development at Greystar since June 2017, Matthew previously held the role of Director of Development at the same company. Prior to Greystar, Matthew was a Partner and State Director for Tennessee at Middleburg Real Estate Partners from September 2015 to May 2017 and served as Development Manager at Arlington Properties, Inc. from June 2013 to September 2015. Matthew began their career as a Development Summer Associate at JMC Design & Development in 2012. Matthew holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the same institution. Additionally, Matthew completed education at Montgomery Bell Academy.
