Michael Coates

Michael Coates is an experienced leasing and property management professional currently serving as a Leasing Manager at Greystar since September 2025. Prior roles include Sales and Leasing Associate at Core Spaces, Assistant Community Manager at Elme Communities, and Assistant Property Manager at Bozzuto, with a solid foundation in leasing and customer relations established at Caliber Leasing Group and The Scion Group. Michael's career began with University House Communities, where skills in resident engagement and office operations were developed.
