Michael Susen is currently a Senior Director in Real Estate at Greystar, where they have worked since 2021, and previously held the position of Director from 2019 to 2021. Prior to joining Greystar, Michael served as Vice President of Asset Management at Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners from 2017 to 2019 and as an Asset Manager at Crescent Communities, LLC from 2014 to 2017. Michael began their career as an Analyst at Brown & Brown Insurance from 2009 to 2010, and held roles in acquisitions and asset management at Boston Capital from 2013 to 2014. Educated at Clemson University, Michael earned a BS in Financial Management with a Real Estate Emphasis in 2009 and subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Real Estate at the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte between 2016 and 2018.
