Mike Sullivan currently serves as the Director of Development at Greystar and has been involved in various leadership roles within the construction and real estate sectors. Previously, Mike held positions such as Director of Preconstruction at Greystar, Vice President of Preconstruction at The Dinerstein Companies, and Director of Preconstruction at Crescent Communities, LLC. Mike also contributed as a Preconstruction Project Manager at Samet Corporation from 2011 to 2014. In addition to practical experience, Mike shares knowledge as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte since 2022 and is pursuing a BS in Construction Engineering and Management and a Master's in Real Estate.
