Nathan Brown

Nathan Brown is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of Strategy & Innovation at Greystar since June 2022, where responsibilities include advising executive leadership and supporting strategic planning for B2C initiatives. Previously at Greystar, Nathan held the role of Associate in Innovation, evaluating and testing emerging proptech for a substantial property portfolio. Nathan's career also includes positions such as Product Design Engineer at the Innovation Lab at the University of Notre Dame, Strategy Consultant and Product Operations Lead at Brixilated, Product Manager at UrLife Media, and various engineering roles at GE Aerospace, including Engineering Rotational and Manufacturing Engineer. Additionally, Nathan gained experience in game day marketing with the Cincinnati Bengals and worked as a construction worker with RJW Builders. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
