Peter Rees has extensive experience in property maintenance and management, having held various supervisory roles across multiple companies. Notable positions include Maintenance Supervisor at Greystar, where Peter oversaw property acceptance from construction and managed maintenance teams. Achievements include attaining the highest maintenance inspection score in the Carolinas as a Maintenance Technician/Interim Supervisor. Peter also served as the initial Service Supervisor for Alliance Residential Company in North Carolina, developing operational procedures that improved efficiency. With roles in several other organizations including Middleburg Communities and Rivergate KW Residential, Peter consistently focused on operational readiness and quality compliance.
