Raj Basi

Raj Basi, MBA, currently serves as a Property Manager at CONAM Management Corporation, overseeing two buildings with a total of 314 units in downtown Concord since November 2022. Prior to this role, Raj held various positions at Greystar from September 2014 to April 2023, including Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, where responsibilities included managing a luxury 143-unit apartment building in downtown Berkeley, implementing successful marketing strategies, maintaining high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service to over 200 residents. Raj began the career as a Leasing Consultant with Riverstone Residential Group in 2014, where similar tasks were performed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management, both from Saint Mary's College of California.
