Ron Duncan

Ron Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Greystar since December 2022, Ron previously held roles at The Pivotal Companies, including Regional Property Manager and National Operations Specialist. Additional experience includes working as an Area Manager II at Amazon and a Corporate Traveling Operations Manager at Landmark Properties, Inc. Ron started in the property management field at Peak Campus and has also held management positions in retail with notable companies such as Michael Kors and Finish Line. Educationally, Ron earned a BA in Business Management from Western Carolina University, where participation in track and field as a scholarship athlete further demonstrates a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
