Ryan Antonelli

Ryan Antonelli has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as Senior Director at Greystar since February 2012. In this role, Ryan oversees the daily operations of a 415-unit community in New Brunswick, NJ, and is responsible for developing and managing the annual operating and capital improvement budgets. Prior to Greystar, Ryan worked as a Property Manager at Home Properties for a brief period, managing a 270-unit property, and at Riverstone Residential Group, where responsibilities included budget preparation, accounts management, and supervising staff. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
