Scott Kotwas

Scott Kotwas is a Director of Construction at Greystar, where they lead development, construction, and project management efforts. Previously, Scott was a Project Executive at Bozzuto, and before that, they held key roles at Corvias, including Business Director and Program Director, managing large-scale partnerships and numerous construction projects. With a robust background in residential and commercial development, Scott has successfully overseen a variety of projects, enhancing occupancy rates and delivering significant improvements in construction processes. They hold a BS in Business Management from St. John Fisher and a Project Management certificate from Duke University.
