Tim Foley

Tim Foley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various industries, including real estate, asset management, and financial services. Currently serving as Executive Director at Greystar, Tim previously held the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where significant transformations were led for an $8 billion multi-brand real estate company. Tim’s background includes notable positions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where management of critical client documents and services was executed, and roles at GE Capital, including responsibilities for a $290 million revenue P&L and the global Six Sigma initiative. Tim's early career features experience in international brand marketing and diplomatic assistance for the U.S. Department of State. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from The Fletcher School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara.
