Tim O'Brien currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chairman at Greystar, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, Tim was part of the Investment Management team at 1Sharpe Capital, focusing on real estate debt and equity between 2019 and 2022. Tim gained valuable experience in investment sales while working at Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and at JLL from 2017 to 2019. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College, completing their studies in 2016, and graduated from Loyola Academy in 2010.
