Tim Sedgwick is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director of Development Asset Management at Greystar since June 2011. Previously, Tim held the position of Head of Asset Management at CNC Investments from January 2009 to June 2011 and served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Sendera Investment Group from January 2004 to January 2009. Tim’s career began at Archon Group as an Associate from 1997 to 2002, followed by a role as Development Associate at JPI from 2002 to 2004. Tim is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
