Tim Zyburt

Tim Zyburt is a highly experienced accounting professional with a strong background in development and construction finance. Currently serving as a Manager at Greystar since February 2019, Tim has held progressive roles including Senior Development & Construction Accountant and Development & Construction Accountant. Prior experience includes working as a New Markets Accountant at Ceterus, where responsibilities involved creating templates for allocations, reviewing financial statements, and automating month-end close processes. Tim's earlier experiences include a Staff Accountant role at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., providing revenue and expense data analysis, as well as internships and summer positions that honed foundational accounting skills. Tim holds a degree in Finance from Nazareth University.
