Tom Goodwin

Tom Goodwin is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Greystar since January 2023 and as a Board Director for Student Roost since November 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Fund Manager at Aviva Investors from June 2016 to January 2023, overseeing over £3 billion in discretionary equity and contributing to the firm’s UK Real Estate strategy and research. Earlier roles include Global Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst at Property Market Analysis and a brief stint at KPMG in property projects. Tom holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School and a BA(Hons) in Modern Languages with Business from the University of Nottingham, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Whitgift School.
