Stephanie Kessler, MSW, RBT, serves as the Director of Health Services at New Horizons Resources, Inc. since April 2023, focusing on nursing and behavioral services. Currently a Behavioral Intervention Specialist at The Arc Greater Hudson Valley and a Small Business Owner at Wild Blush Bartending and Curations, Inc., Stephanie has extensive experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Greystone Programs, Inc. and previously held positions such as Health Care Integrator at Abbott House and Social Worker at Four Winds Hospital. With a background in child welfare as a Case Manager for Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services, Stephanie began their career as an Activity Specialist/Assistant Supervisor at Astor Services for Children & Families. Stephanie holds a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland. Additionally, Stephanie is certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, emphasizing support for high-needs children in residential settings.

Greystone Programs provides exceptional services and life-enriching opportunities for children, adults, and families living with Autism and other developmental disabilities. As a recognized human services provider, we offer certified residential programs and community-based / non-residential programs that include habilitation services in a five-county region of the Hudson Valley, New York. Greystone prides itself on nurturing relationships that go beyond the commonplace. We work side-by-side with program participants-as-colleagues in celebration of the wonderful diversity of the human spirit. Through New York State OPWDD certified residential programs Greystone operates 14 group homes in three counties: Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster. We are dedicated to an “aging-in-place” approach for all who reside at Greystone. Our community based services encompass a variety of habilitation programs. We offer Community Habilitation, and Day Habilitation; as well as In-Home Behavior Therapy; Children’s Waiver Services and Family Education and Training. Additionally, we host social skills development groups, recreation programs, weekend respite, and after school and school break programs.
