John Slanker

John Slanker, MHR, SHRM-CP, has significant experience in human resources and construction project management. Currently serving as Office Manager and Human Resources at Greython Construction since January 2025, John previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at RSVC Company from November 2021 to January 2025. Prior to these positions, John worked as a Project Engineer at Greython Construction and as a Project Manager at Advanced Restoration. John’s career began at Irvine Company, where various roles included Construction Coordinator, Field Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Community Administrator, and Sales and Leasing Consultant. John holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Brandman University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.
