Rupali Borhade

Rupali Borhade has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Renovate Careers as an HR Executive, at Pinnacle Solutions as an IT Recruiter, and at Greytrix in various roles including Human Resources Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior HR Executive. In 2015, they also worked at Pocket HRMS as an HR Manager. At Renovate Careers, they were responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing, networking, resume analysis to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool along with initial briefing of candidates on the role & the company. At Pinnacle Solutions, they were responsible for understanding the technical requirements from Account Manager for Various IT Recruitments and performed, managed and led complete recruiting cycle for clients engaged in technology/consulting services. At Greytrix, they were responsible for executing error-free payroll & ensuring timely completion, handling statutory compliances, taxation, Implementation of payroll / HR software & Management, Handling gratuity trust, overseeing policies and practices related to payroll, supervising payroll & handling internal audit, key role in designing & updating Flexi compensation structure for organization, managing overall employee benefits portfolio for India offices (including Mediclaim, Accidental, top-up plan, etc.), involved in Employee Engagement, Appraisal process, training & development, and managing monthly MIS reports for payroll accounting.

Rupali Borhade completed their SSC from Modern School in 2005 and their HSC from PES School and Jr. College, CBD Belapur in 2007. Rupali also attended K.B. P. college, vashi and the University of Mumbai.
